Do i need special equipment?

You'll need a blender (I prefer a high-speed blender like a Vitamix or Ninja) and a juicer if you choose to make juices. Some recipes use a food processor for chopping.

What will I be eating?

During the reset, you have the option of juice only, juice and smoothies, and juice, smoothies, and a meal.
